“We had the greatest time! The place looks straight out of the western era and the views are incredible! It’s super close to Big Bend. If you want to go see stars is the perfect place, always double check the weather because we did get some clouds and rain on the second day. Overall, it was a great place! The only thing that I would recommend is that the porch light to be red light, when we were stargazing some people had their porch light on and it affected visibility.”

“It is a nice and quiet cabin on a secluded area with mountain view. We enjoyed the cozy napping on the porch in the afternoon, walking in the evening and star gazing at night. This is the experience we never had before The location is close to places we went, like McDonald Observatory, Davis Mountain State Park, etc. Rooms are clean and Jennifer answered my question quickly. We will definitely stay here again if we have a chance visiting the area next time.”

“The Bank had a great front porch with rocking chairs and a fabulous view of the mountains and the sunset. The bed was comfortable, but the room lacked a coffee maker, tissues, and a chair to sit in, though there was a small stool covered in towels. Someone left the last 2 sections of the toilet paper on the roll instead of changing it out for a new one, and the sink still had clumpy soap residue from previous renter. The shower also had mold in it, so I was a bit dissappointed in the amenities……

“This is an excellent place to stay. The room was clean. The furnishings were everything you need. It is very private. The location has beautiful scenery. It's great if you have a dog. It was wonderful.”
