“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This was the worst stay ever!!!!!!! We walked in to an unclean room it was disgusting! Bed had been slept in dirty towels, everywhere bag of trash in the living room and the worst part was there was absolutely no communication with the hos, therefore we had to clean room ourselves! Cut our losses and headed back home….never again.”

“The room was very clean and attractive overall. However the mattress seemed old and was not comfortable to sleep on. Air conditioning worked well, but no Kleenex or hair conditioner provided. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast foods and condiments, and had all the utensils needed for food preparation. The western town theme was well done, and the surrounding area was stunning with various rock formations, views of mountains and a valley. I did not get a response when I texted the……

“Remote location was quiet and private but very close to Ft Davis as well as other area attractions (Mcdonald Observatory, Balmorhea State Park/San Solomon Springs Pool, Ft Davis State Park, Marfa, etc.) The cabin was clean, well-equipped and the bed was super-comfortable. Saw aoudad sheep and many Texas songbirds during our stay. There's hiking available with great views of this spectacular ranch property”

“Cool little place. Beautiful scenery and they have a smaller Garden of the Gods right on the property. Very easy check-in and all was nice and quiet on the property. Perfect star gazing place and the fire pit was a plus because it got a little chilly. Would definitely stay again.”

“Check in and out was easy. Room needs a good cleaning. Ceiling blew dust everywhere when turned on. Did not know water was not potable but there was bottled for our use. Shower could use a good cleaning with Clorox. Blind in front window needs replacing. Not awful just ok for a couple of nights. ”

“Was only a dome with a speaker and dirty socks under the bed and a port-a-potty. There was no chairs or places to sit under the stairs or a fireplace I felt like I was roughing it. Way overpriced considering what is was. I would not stay again ”

“Bring plenty of supplies. The basics are covered and the room we were in was dated but clean. ”
