Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the end of the Grand Point Peninsula on Beautiful Grand Lake. Enjoy 275' of lake frontage on Grand Lake! This waterfront home offers 4 bedrooms and 1-3/4 baths as well as a home theater with a large 120" drop down screen including a high-definition projector. Spend the day swimming in Grand Lake, strolling the shores of Lake Huron, or visiting the iconic Presque Isle Lighthouses before grabbing a nightcap at Woody’s Grand Lake with your favorite travel companions! Enjoy the newly built outdoor covered patio and dining/kitchen area right on the lake. More to come with the outdoor kitchen by next Spring/Summer. ALL OF THIS.. PLUS, a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!

Lovely property

Mitch’s cottage was great for our family. Plenty of space to play outdoors and the weather cooperated so we took advantage of it. We were able to get our pontoon into the slip so had easy access to it. We couldn’t figure out the projector TV set up or the AC in the one bedroom w/o a ceiling fan. The rest of the place stayed comfortable with the windows open. Kitchen is well equipped and the large table was wonderful for our large family. The bathroom in the garage was unexpected but we were glad to have the 2nd bathroom.
