“Actually this place would have gotten higher review had the host treated me with more respect and some compassion for the situation. “We show up at this rental expecting a basic stay, nothing fancy just a room as advertised, but instead were greeted by roaches and bugs crawling all over the bed and throughout the room. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the listing claimed the property had air conditioning, it did not.Communication with the host was unhelpful, and no real solution was offered.
