「We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities....

「The photos of this home are excellent, but don’t do it justice! The rooms are more spacious than they appear. We have 42 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and large, with two fridges and two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again.」

Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. 「We had a wonderful short stay here and Kelley is absolutely the best host we’ve ever had! The cabin is very clean, comfortable, with a gorgeous view of Bear Lake. We were so sad we left after only one night since our travel plans required us to move on. We gladly would have stayed for a week. 「Great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The kids really loved the pool, which was right across the street. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub and sauna, they both looked like they worked. The AC worked great as well. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. We even used the outdoor pizza oven, which didn't go as well as we hoped, but that was on us. We also loved that we could walk to the local grocery store. All in all, great place. 」

「We loved our stay at Black Moose. The home was spacious, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for the 40 of us. The large indoor pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the large indoor basketball/ pickleball court. The yard was very large and worked great for our outdoor activities.
