「Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was! 「I hate leaving a bad review but we were unable to access the unit using the code provided. After 20 minutes of trying to reach the host via the VRBO website, we talked to VRBO who provided contact information for the hosts. We texted and called multiple times for the next hour but never heard back. While on the phone with VRBO getting the stay canceled and refunded, a host showed up and indicated that he didn't know anyone was supposed to be at the rental that day...not very confidence...
