「A comfortable and convenient stay by the lake and near shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and had fluffy (new?) towels. Queen bed was most comfortable but the king bed was fine. Great views from the deck and enough room on the couch and in the dining area for sitting and spreading out. 」

「The Hygge House was just as advertised - a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home. The communication before our stay, instructions, and check in process we're all flawless. The kitchen was fully equipped - we cooked all our meals there and even baked a cake! We loved our stay.」

「Lovely location. Spotless place in great shape for a town home from the '70's. Nice gas stove, washer, dryer, plenty of living space and lots of amenities make this very family friendly. Great play ground, putt putt golf, trail rides, swimming pool. Three minutes from ski slopes, Canaan valley state park. 」

「This is basically better than an exact slopeside rental because it is literally just a few EASY steps from the bottom of the slope and offers more privacy and quiet!We did a mid-week stay (we do that often to avoid crowds) and with 2 well-traveled and non-barking dogs who also love adventures. The Wifi is strong enough for us to work, play, work, play, repeat.We love family ski/board time, cooking our own food, playing board games, getting a nice fire going and just coming and going all day from...
