「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. 「The room is very good.

「Overall is good and clean I」

「Great and awesome place to stay. Close to everything in CBD, trains and tram」

「The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.」

「Staff is super nice and helpful Location is just few minutes walk to restaurant, supermarket and public transport 」

「The property was centrally located. Surrounded by a beautiful park and walking distance to Victoria Markets. The staff were extremely helpful, their restaurant served great food, and the room amenities were perfect. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in Melbourne. Thank you!」
