A three - storey house situated among trees, walking distance from the beach of Monolithi. Situated only 10 km far from the Aktion airport this country house is waiting to welcome you offering memorable holidays. Lefkada island and the picturesque seaside town of Parga are well suited for a 1-day trip. For the lovers of culture and history ancient roman city of Nikopolis is an absolute must.

Nearby city
Preveza city is just 7 km away, providing you with everything you need. Greek restaurants, fish and meat taverns with traditional food made mainly with local ingredients are worth visiting. Many artistic performances take place every evening in various places within the city.

Nearby beaches
Walking 3 minutes from the house, you can enjoy swimming all along the wonderful sandy Monolithi beach. Walking/driving a little further, you can enjoy your drink and swim at Nikopolis club, or popular beach bars like Barracuda, Burano and Mango.

Unique at our place
For those who like home made cooking, there is a garden (ready to use) full of tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers etc by the personal care of the owners Fotini Samara and Konstantine Dimitriou. Various types of biological grapes, apples, peaches, pears, lemons are FREE for your personal use.
The owners will be pleased to organize a welcoming BBQ evening (upon earlier notification) with greek delicacies such as: greek salad, tzatziki, stuffed courgette-flowers, various kinds of local meat (lamb, pork, chicken) or daily fresh fish directly from the local fishing boats of Preveza accompanied by traditional drinks such as Ouzo, Tsipouro, Wine etc. (for only 30 euros pp).

Information about your comfortable stay is given at any time by the owners.
