"On arrival we were given the room that we booked only to find out that the door did not lock once we tried to leave the room. After contacting the customer service representative we were told that it “should be safe anyway”. Obviously as a paying customer I was not happy with this. We were then moved to another room (which may I add was a downgrade) because it was all that they could offer us. "We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too. Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience. "
