The Soliva big house is a large apartment located in the municipality of Primaluna, the heart of the beautiful Valsassina! The whole valley offers countless paths and itineraries of various lengths and difficulties suitable for both experts and beginners, for all the rule of enjoying nature! You will have all the apartment with large spaces, cared for and comfortable. You will enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains from the terrace. The ideal location for a quiet holiday with your family! The Soliva big house is located in a strategic position, just 20 minutes drive from Lecco and the center of the whole Valsassina. You will be surrounded by the majestic Grigne and the Orobie Pre-Alps; large woods, snowshoeing, alpine skiing or downhill skiing, snowmobile tours in winter or beautiful landscapes, green pastures, lakes, adventure parks and many refuges where you can enjoy a rich cuisine, simple to discover and enjoy! The apartment can be reached along the Provincial Road, park in the large private courtyard closed by a gate. Two flights of steps and you’re at the entrance to Soliva. The house welcomes you with a large and bright living area; kitchen equipped with everything you can use, a large island to eat or cook, a dining table and a relaxation area TV with a large sofa, cozy and if necessary convertible into a large double bed. Have lunch on the terrace or choose the cozy sofa to enjoy the sun that lights up the whole house. A hallway accompanies you in the rest of the house; large wardrobe area, a bedroom with two single beds and a climbing wall to train climbing, a large bathroom with shower and bath as well as two washbasins, a double room with a beautiful four-poster bed and a room with a double bed in French boat style very charming! Access for guests The Soliva big house, given its geographical location, is the ideal location just a step away from everything, a priceless nature and all the services at your fingertips. Other things to keep in mind The owners of the Soliva live in the apartment next door; for any need will help; always contact Hoster Como Lake for any need. The apartment is equipped with free Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, safe, bed linen and towels included. Hoster Como Lake applies all necessary measures of cleaning and sanitization.

Primaluna : Le Paradis des Cascades

Très belle location dans une région de rêve faite pour les sportifs avides de marche , d’eau et d’air pur. La location est d’une propreté incroyable, rien ne manque , le linge de maison en abondance. Mario et sa femme sont d'une gentillesse rare. Attention cependant, il faut noter la présence de la route à coté qui est extrêmement bruyante, pas de soucis les fenêtres fermées, mais ouvertes c'est plus compliqué.
