Mí recomendación un abanico de techo para la sala/cocina sería genial para combatir el calor ya que no tiene aire central, solo en las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado y el piso una buena limpieza, estaba sucio/ pegajoso. “This property reminded me of a New York apartment. It is definitely an old building with a restaurant/kitchen on the 1st floor and 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It is beautifully staged with modern decor and high ceilings. The floors had beautiful original Spanish tile throughout. The place itself was ample enough for five of us staying there. The high ceilings proved to be a slight problem though, specifically in the first bedroom. The room was not completely closed in as a wall……
