「From the moment guests arrive at De Bergkant, they feel special. Even the parking lot is well thought out and pretty (as parking lots go). Tracey greeted us with ice tea from local rooibos plants and honey from local bees. Our room was clean, beautiful in a delightful way, and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and we took a dip in one of the pools before a delicious breakfast. It’s an impeccably designed property.」

「We stayed here for one night en route to the wine area. Great place to break our journey after driving from Prince Albert, via Swartberg Pass and Cango Caves. Enjoyed a drink on terrace watching sunset over the mountains, before having a lovely meal, cooked and served by the owners. Breakfast on terrace was fresh and tasty too」

「We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite.
