“The renovations done yo make this facility a Hilton property are starting to fade and wear off. For example the door with a horizontal push bar going into the breakfast room from the lobby had been painted silver at some point but due to heavy use now has large sections where the original paint is visible because of wear. It looks unkempt and like a lowly bargain hotel. The same in the grooves on the side of our shower where the newer white paint has worn off and the original dark paint is……

“Our room was in poor condition. Had not been cleaned and the tub drain had clogged hair in it. When I brought my concerns to the lady at the front counter (Tina) she promptly gave us a new room. The new room was clean and in much better shape. Tina had excellent service. She was very friendly and helpful.”

“The whole place was under construction we had to walk through a construction zone to get into the room. The floor was wet and slippery and there was a loud drill as we passed as well as construction garbage all over the floor. Very noisy and the room had water damage and mold on the ceiling. There was no mention of the construction upon booking. They were friendly and helpful but the place isn’t ready for people to stay!”
