“This place was just what we needed for our weekend in Farmville. Super welcoming, accommodating, and charming. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“It was more rustic than I had anticipated. The bathroom was outside of the cottage. The shower and faucet pit out only a trickle. I doubt if this place passes code. There were extension cords everywhere. The plumbing pipes were flexible hoses. The electricity comes from.an extension cord from the house next door.”

“We rented this cabin for our daughter and her husband for a few days after their wedding. This is her review: The second we entered, right after our wedding, my new husband and I had everything we needed. From cold water in the fridge and snacks on the table, cozy blankets galore and a warm fireplace to rest in front of. The best part was the swing on the porch, where we sat while watching it snow. There are plenty of just-in-case items. Though it is small, anything bigger would not have felt……

“Michael was an excellent host. Property was clean and equipped as promised. Complete with Keurig and K-cups! Very quiet community, close to the places that we needed to go. High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend”

“I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back.……

“Clean, comfortable place for 2-4 people. 4 might be pushing it with one bath. Ate at The Brew House and Mitchell’s and both were quite good.”
