The Dainty Petunia is such a cute and cozy place to stay. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. Although, not in the heart of Picton you are only a short walk into town. Very enjoyable stay and we recommend to anyone looking.

Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay! It had everything we needed, was clean and really charming. The location is so close to the Picton main strip it made shopping and meals a breeze and it was central to lots of great breweries and wineries. Will absolutely look to stay there again next year!

Cozy winter visit at The Dainty Petunia!

We had a wonderful winter getaway at The Dainty Petunia. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the Bose sound system for listening to our music. Lots of nice shops and restaurants a short walk away and a great conservation area for amazing snowshoeing! We hope to return again soon!

Anniversary in Picton

Beautifully decorated, well-appointed 2 bedroom lower level apt with a walkout. Cozy furnishings made it feel like home from the moment we walked in. I connected with the owner while we were trying to find the football game because we knew they had Apple TV, but, didn't realize they didn't have cable. Lots of other stuff to watch in the end, like Netflix :) They suggested a great little pub within walking distance so we walked over and had a great evening watching the game and chatting with the locals. Live band, too. The owners left had a few little notes with other suggestions for things to do so we checked out Beacon Bike and Brew for a great coffee after a nice drive around the PEC area. Our anniversary was on a Monday night but we found a lovely restaurant also within walking distance. Great location for shopping, too. The blinds in the windows could be a bit more private and the owners were happy with my feedback. Great to communicate with! Definitely recommend the Dainty Petunia!

Ideal Location

The Dainty Petunia is situated within walking distance of downtown Picton, easily accessible to restaurants, shops and all amenities. It is a lovely, serene property with a private outdoor patio. The kitchen is well appointed and has many little extras such as teas, coffee and microwave popcorn, not to mention a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our stay. I would definitely recommend and return!! Our hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and every detail is as it appears online.
