“The location of the Harbour House was excellent. The room rate was very good and the room itself was very cozy and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel was very quiet however you could hear the murmur of conversations from adjacent rooms. It may have been because their patio doors were open and the sound carried down.”

“I travelled from across the country to find out the property double booked the room so I had no place to stay and was left finding something on a Friday night. They did offer to help and were unsure how it was able to be double booked. However it was a huge inconvenience. Still trying to receive a refund from the questionable and unprofessional customer service team. ”
