I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment. I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available.」

Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book.
