“Great home with perfect location for the events we were attending for the week. ”

“The interior of the home was beautiful with the exception of minor repairs overlooked by the homeowner. The exterior of the house initially was terrible, with the grass uncut and shutters leaning on the exterior front entrance of the home. The homeowner stopped by the next day to address concerns and did have the grass cut and the overflowing trash can taken away from previous renters. Hopefully the homeowner will pay more attention to his beautiful home and property in the future.”

“The home is very big and we were all able to spread out and have a great vacation. ”

“Beautiful big house. Two of the light fixtures didn't work but it didn't really affect our experience.”

“We had a lovely weekend here and really appreciated how responsive and welcoming the homeowners were. Whenever we had a question, they replied quickly and were very helpful. The location was excellent and very convenient to National Harbor, where we stopped for lunch before check-in and later picked up takeout.The home was comfortable and gave us a great space to relax together. A few small updates to kitchen supplies, bathroom essentials, and shared living room seating could make future stays……

“Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. ”
