「The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better.」

「This hotel is great for anyone trying to get an authentic experience in Ketchikan. Being in the heart of the town, it is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the staff was very nice and helpful.」

「Hotel was near restaurants. The room smelled bad. No screen on fourth story window. The dead bolt did not lock. I was not able to take a shower because the part to pull out of the faucet was missing. I did not want to hang out at the hotel at all. I will not stay there again.」
