Excellent experience at the Highliner. Great staff, great location. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and had a great view! The balcony was a huge bonus. Got an excellent sleep. The restaurant downstairs had some really good food, both dinner and breakfast options - there was either a free continental breakfast, or a discounted hot breakfast restaurant-style sit down option. Parking is on the street, but there were more than enough spots. Would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Prince Rupert.

A fine place to stay.

Fast, friendly check in. Clean, open lobby. The rooms are large. Needed to ask for towels. Nice balcony but no furniture in them. No temperature controls. (Thermostat) I’ll be staying there again. Close to dining options and shopping.

This hotel is under new ownership since 2024, and they have made some improvements. Older hotel but staff are very friendly and helpful, parking is easy, fantastic location! Would be nice to have a little store in hotel to buy little items, but it is a 5 minute walk away from a mall that has all that you need. The views are amazing, new owners went above and beyond with my requests! Still getting some upgrades, but I will stay here again.
