Hello,Thanks for your feedback. We were instructed by your room to not provide service. Otherwise we give fresh towels or the customer can come to the front desk and get towels as they need. Hot water is unlimited but the faucet may need to run for a couple minutes for the hot to come through.

We can definitely look into the feedback about the curtain. For some reason you are mistaking motel maintenance staff using tools out of a storage trailer (for their daily work) as low income housing. This property is a motel business not an apartment complex.

Hello, Extra towels and instructions on how to use the TV/AC would have been easily provided by the front desk. However, your room did not come down to ask for assistance at any point during your 1 night stay. We apologize for your negative experience and would have been happy to help!

Each of our doors has a main lock and a secondary lock that is controlled via the guest. The front desk is always happy to help guests to operate features if asked. We also have specific smoking rooms, located on the backside of our property, that are separate from our non-smoking rooms for our smoking customers.
