“My train was delayed and I called the hotel to confirm that I am still coming and wanted my reservation kept (I called the hotel twice to confirm). On arrival I am told that my reservation was canceled and that there was no room as they resold my reservation. I will never spend another penny with Quality.”

“Floor was dirty at check in. Offered a new room but didn't feel like moving after partially unpacking. Desk person came and vacuumed our room. Ice bucket had water in it from previous occupants. Front desk person brought us a new bucket. Room was loud due to highway being right behind hotel. Breakfast was good.”
