「This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. 「The house was very clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything we needed. (In the main house there were a few more stairs than we were aware of, and a few very narrow and steep staircases which made it a bit more difficult for one of our family members who recently had broken a few ribs to get around, but not a deal breaker by any means) The pool was excellent (but could use a little shade - we were all vying for space under the one umbrella)Overall we had an excellent stay. 」

「 The house was comfortable for our group of 12 with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen well-organized for a family who likes to cook, flexible seating and eating areas and a large family room with bar in the back. Plus, the location is incredible, just steps from everything downtown Red Bank has to offer. Sandy was very easy to communicate with. 「Central to several area's i was visiting 」

「We booked this day to celebrate a wedding and it was the perfect choice. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need, and all with more than enough space to accommodate an entire bridal party getting ready for a wedding. Our host was super accommodating and responsive to our questions and concerns. I would definitely stay here again!」

「My family and I had a great stay here. The property was spacious with a nice area to gather and relax outside. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. When we had questions, the owner responded immediately and was very gracious. 」

「We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!」
