“clean, very spacios villas”

“Easy booking online. Beautiful resort. Great ocean views but no good beach access. Several beaches within driving distance. Shuttle may be available, we saw one but didn’t use it. Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again.”

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”

“The only positive part of this hotel was the staff. Every employee was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a huge disappointment. The property was under heavy construction, but this was never properly communicated before booking. Entire areas were being remodeled, including the lobby, hallways, and the floor above our room. The building layout became a complete maze due to temporary detours, and even other guests were constantly……

“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“The host communicated well and he was responsive to us. We loved the grounds, the pool, and the beach. It is an incredible location. The condo is getting a little tired. The carpets are stained and seemed dirty. Also the carpet is pulling up in the corners so they are a hazard. There were some stains on the bedspreads, chairs, and couch. The kitchen wares need to be updated such as the pots and pans and glassware. The regular cleaning of counters and bathrooms was very good.”

“We loved staying at this place! Being in the middle of the north and south sides of the island was perfect! The place was amazing! Clean and comfortable beds. Nice resort on the beach! We went out several mornings to watch the sunrise! Super close to the grocery store and Waikua shave ice :)”
