「Staff was very patient and helpful when we had issues checking in. Room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-kept. The parking area is somewhat small, but nice and free of trash. The water pressure could have been better, but since that was my only real nitpick this was an overall very pleasant stay.」

「The staff here are absolutely the most helpful and sweetest. The hotel is perfect for a boutique hotel. The night life seemed to quite popular as well and right around Fulton market! I definitely recommend. Also the coffee bags ? PERFECTION. Just had to add that 」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」
