This is a really nice hotel with a great staff. The breakfast was fine but the area is not that good. There’s actually almost nothing in the area. But the room was very nice and very spacious. I can really recommend this hotel.

Der erste Eindruck war optisch ganz positiv. Leider wurde schon bei Ankunft mangelnder Service deutlich, als uns zwei junge Männer in privater Kleidung begrüßten und erst auf Anfrage das Zimmer zeigten und sich um die Koffer kümmerten. Im Zimmer angekommen waren wir von moderner Einrichtung positiv überrascht. Bei näherem Hinsehen haben wir viele dreckige Ecken gefunden. Weiße Flecken auf Zierkissen und Hockern. Der Föhn im Zimmer hatte einen völlig falschen Stecker und war nicht nutzbar. Am Ende des nächsten Tages kamen wir ins Zimmer und bemerkten, dass trotz Wunsch keine Reinigung stattgefunden hat. Der Boden klebte an manchen Stellen noch wie bei Ankunft und Staub hinter den Möbeln lang noch genauso da, kein gemachtes Bett keine neuen Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass es an dem Tag Probleme gab und morgen alles normal ist. Leider sah es am nächsten Tag so aus, dass nur lieblos das Bett aufgeschüttelt wurde und zwei neue Handtücher hingelegt wurden (beim 3 Personen eines zu wenig). Beim gesamten Aufenthalt wurde nur einmal der Wasserhahn abgewischt und nicht einmal die Toilette gesäubert oder das Bett neu bezogen oder gesaugt. Der Dreck bei Ankunft war noch der selbe als wir gingen. Vollkommen inakzeptabel für einen teuren Hotelaufenthalt - als wir gingen wurde nur gesagt Entschuldigung es war viel los. Wir werden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und nicht wieder besuchen. Außen hui - innen pfui.

Very friendly service, the staff took a real interest in making sure we were satisfied. The hotel is only a short drive from the city centre.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu, sehr gepflegt und überaus stylish. Habe selten ein solch schönes Hotel gesehen. Das Personal war enorm zuvorkommend.
