The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. "the rooms and facilities were not kept well, seepage throughout the room, visible electric faults, rooms were dusty, the AC was broken. There were quite a few issues with the hygiene and upkeep of rooms, the staff was pleasant and swift. I have stayed at the property previously and sad to see such poor upkeep."
