Private Brook-Side Tiny House in the Woods with Gazebo

There are serene trails through the woods to explore and a beautiful, clear brook to splash in.

The space
The kitchen and living room are an open space. There is comfortable seating for 2 people at the kitchen counter and 2 additional folding bar stools to use when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you should need during your stay. There is also a small combo washer/dryer in the kitchen.
The bathroom has a stand up shower with a rainfall shower head, a vanity and standard flushing toilet.
The super cozy loft bedroom is up a set of stairs and has a very comfortable queen sized bed, reading lights and a shelf area for storing your clothes or belongings.
The living room sofa converts to a double bed with a skylight above for an enchanting view of the stars at night. There are no curtains in the living room area so this room lets in the morning light.
This is a small but cozy home that was designed for year-round, full time living. Outside, there is a screened-in gazebo with a very comfortable couch and love seat and a propane fire table. There is also a wood fire pit and a Napoleon propane BBQ.

The owners live on the property, a few hundred feet through the woods. We have a family dog and you may see us walking the beautiful trails around the property.
