Great Stay

My family (4 families total) stayed for 3 nights while visiting our daughter at college. The house was fantastic. So much room for 4 adult couples and their kids to stay. And it was a quick 15 minute drive into town. The property manager was easy to communicate with as well. We plan to stay there again on our trips to the North Country.

Wonderful!

We have rented this home before and always have a terrific time. We had 13 staying there and there was plenty of room. So homey and comfortable. It has gorgeous views. It was a special experience for our Thanksgiving !!

This property was very suitable for our group of eight. It was very clean and well appointed with many comfortable places to gather. It was easy to prepare and serve meals. Our group appreciated the hot tub, pellet stove, beautiful location, and tasteful holiday decorations. We enjoyed our stay.

Secluded, yet conveniently located near Plattsburgh, Lake Champlain, and other places of interest, the home, with a large modern kitchen, comfortably provided ample room for our weeklong stay which included my wife and I, two of our adult children and their spouses and our son’s two young children. Every morning, my wife enjoyed a quiet, pre-breakfast hot tub, while I was able to work remotely at the large family style dinning table while watching the sun rise. We had lots of fun playing in the front yard. And as an amateur triathlete, I was able to get my bike and run training sessions in while exploring the area. We have other family members in the area, so we were able to visit with them, including a couple of meals with everyone together here. Some of us also enjoyed day-trips to Burlington and Montreal. Overall, it was the perfect place for us and our active family.

Guys weekend trip

Beautiful place to spend with family

Great place to get together with family. Quiet and peaceful. Absolutely awesome kitchen! Very comfortable beds with quality linens. This is a very nice place - private but yet close enough to all the amenities. The hosts are very nice and quick to accommodate should you need anything.

This house is just as advertised. We had 17 people and there was space enough for everyone. Love the porch and hot tub area. Foose ball table a plus.

Family gathering

Got together with a few of my siblings and this was a terrific place for us. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the hot tub too! Would definitely return.

Wonderful, huge house

Enormous house, large common spaces, endless deck, endless front yard with tasty apples on the nearby tree, hot tub works great, plenty of hot water for all of us in the showers. Master bedroom has a huge bathroom, other bedrooms are very comfortable, one shared full bathroom among them and another full bathroom by the hot tub. If we come back to the area, we would stay there again!!

Wonderful

There were 17 of us and it worked nicely for us. Beautiful location, spacious home. There are only 5 not 7 bedrooms but enough space for everyone to sleep. The family loved the hot tub and sauna. The view is spectacular. It was a great space for a special holiday get together. We’d definitely rent again.

Great for family get togethers

The house is very spacious! We used it for a family get together and the space was great. We were able to cook meals, spend time together and separate when needed. The views of Vermont were awesome and we loved having the fireplace and hot tub. The kids really enjoyed the yard and the workout area was a nice bonus. We did have to clean up a bit when we got there but it was minor. We would stay again.

Graduation Celebration Weekend

This is a well equipped home with a lot of amenities. The hot-tub, sauna and fire pit were just amazing bonuses. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of cooking gear and utensils. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The beds were equally comfortable and the surrounding peaceful. It served our needs perfectly in celebrating graduation weekend from SUNY Plattsburgh.

One of the few large places you can rent near Plattsburgh

We had a large extended family come together for our mother's 90th surprise birthday party. Our host was friendly and amenable to early check-in and the house was large and able to keep a large span of age groups happy and busy. The only issues were mice in the house, an oven that didn't heat very well, and a toilet that plugged up.

4 families with 7 kids ages 6 & under - the best

Four families with 7 children ranging from 6 months to 6 years old stayed here for 4 nights. There’s tons of space for everyone, conveniently located to hiking trails and Montreal, beautiful property and stunning mountain and sunrise views from most rooms of the house. Hot tub was a dream. The sauna was a sweet playroom for the kids. lol A dream of a shower (master bedroom). Kitchen is a dream too. The house is stocked, you don’t need to bring anything extra. We had a great time and hope for an opportunity to do it again!

This property was great, spacious and well stocked with everything needed for cooking, bedding, towels. We had a large group of 18 so we loved that there was plenty of room and things to do. The large lawn and fire pit were great for outdoor games and smores in the evening. It was great to have 4 bathrooms and laundry on site. Lots to do nearby. We visited Ausable chasm and Ausable Point State Park (beautiful beach) and took the ferry to the Vermont Islands. We had a wonderful trip and our host was very helpful throughout the week!
