「Parking spaces were plentiful. The staff were kind and helpful and offered to carry our bags upstairs because there isn't a lift. The family room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable and had two pillows. It had a fan, heater, and iron and ironing board already there, but no air conditioning so it got quite hot during this heatwave. 「I ended up booking this on a lark, and what great fortune it was! The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything...

「Cosy single room in old part of hotel, I was on the top floor - had a fantastic view, may get very hot in the summer as there was no air conditioning and it got a lot of sun. Windows do open though. New bath/shower. Had iron, steamer and ironing board. No mini fridge, but there was a kettle. The room I had did have very steep stairs to get to top floor - probably not great for medium/ big suitcases, small carry on suitcase was fine for me to carry up. Breakfast was marvellous, loads of options...
