“Lovely property with everything we needed”

“Just like another reviewer, the AC did not function properly. The furnace would only blow cold air throughout the home which made it uncomfortable at nigh time. We had to heat up blankets in the dryer and turn on the oven for heat. We called the number we were provided. The message said to leave a message but no way to do so, the recording kept looping. We finally got ahold of someone after the first night. We were told they would send someone to look at it. That never happened. We ended……

“If you have never been to this part of the country before this is the place to stay. My kids had never been to Montana and absolutely loved the place. They spent a lot of time down at the lake either swimming, making use of the small water crafts, or just standing on the dock looking at the scenery. They also loved the bath tub with water jets in the bathroom on the first floor My wife loved the master suite upstairs with a king size bed and a big bathtub for soaking in. Both the upstairs……

“The property itself was wonderful: clean, comfortable, and just as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking in the area.That said, I was disappointed with the communication after checkout. I accidentally left behind a hat that has sentimental value (my husband wore it when he officiated our niece’s wedding). I reached out as soon as I realized (we left at 8am, well before check out and I realized around when we would have normally checked out at 11am) even……

“The property was well equipped and extremely clean. We had an issue with the previously supplied door and WiFi codes being incorrect. We arrived on Labor Day and the person handling customer service on the holiday was obviously not a senior employee, but made a good effort. ”
