“I loved having a large space with comfortable furniture, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The parking felt secure in a garage below the building. The frequent messages regarding check in, check out, parking made the experience stress free and easy. Suggestions for restaurants and things to do were an added bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.”

“Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis. We received only TWO towels for four nights, and every towel smelled sour. After requesting more the night before, we had to rearrange reservations and wait the……

“My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out……

“It was a nice little studio apartment. It was clean. They need to upgrade the AC window unit. They had a little room cooler. Overall, it was okay.”

“The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time……
