“My only problem.... Chose my room through Expedia which showed a king bed with lake view. Not exactly what we got! We got a dark room, with a view of the roof. Not good!”

“Let's briefly introduce the hotel: the room is OK, and the bathroom has been newly decorated. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the sound of the next room. It's too convenient to go out. It's located in the center of the city. Don't drive out. This is very awesome!”

“As a solo female traveler I felt unsafe at this location and left, moved to a different hotel. I felt the presentation of the property on this site was not accurate. The door to the room did not shut correctly, it had no deadbolt (just the lock on the door handle and a flimsy chain), no thermostat to control the heat, the bathroom window would not stay fully open (to try and cool the room down), no soap or toiletries in the bathroom, and an overall vibe that concerned me so much I left and……

They gave me sheets in a bag to make my bed that were dirty with stains the breakfast was not there the guy said she called out. Old stale food.. bad staff they where no where to be found only one staff member was good as checking in his name was criag he was super friendly.. ”

“Room was clean. Holes in walls. The physical plug at the desk had been pulled out of the wall partly There was no shower curtain. When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. The items consisted of vending machine items i.e...2 chockate chip muffins, rice krispie treet, cheese crakers and a small plastic bottle of Sunny D. This is not what their advertisement indicated. The halls in the building was freezing cold. I……

“Perfect location to ski at Gore and explore Lake George village with hassle-free parking, clean rooms, and good amenities for pets. The breakfast was weak, but staff were super helpful, friendly, and available. Proximity to grocery store made the minimal breakfast not an issue. ”
