“Love this lil house!”

“What a dream. Great accommodations. Property is well maintained and so comfortable. Beds are great. The kitchen is properly stocked from cooking utensils to appliances and dish-ware. We have had a terrific time and our host was at the ready to assist in any helpful manner we may have required. Can highly recommend. Love being at the lake and will delightfully return. Five stars.”

“Cozy little home. Owners were easy to contact and quick reasons to messages. ”

“This house is an experience not just lodging. It would take a week just to explore all the supple nuances of this house. The location was convenient to all locations in Newberry. And convenient to Prosperity. This was ideal for our plans attending a wedding and other events. My wish is that the host provided a history of the house. We were there on the hottest day this summer. Some areas were hotter than others. We had options to set the temperature lower. But, didn't reaize it until……

“Staff were great!”

“This location is perfect for a quick get away and met our needs of being close to family. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again!”

“What you see and read is what you get. Fantastic is all that needs said.”

“Easy check-in process, really helpful hosts and a great property! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious stay with great views on Lake Murray. The only comment I have is that the rooms got hot at night upstairs so maybe bring a fan if you are a hot sleeper like we are.”

“The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses.……

“Overall, we had a nice stay. We booked this property because the close proximity to our son‘s wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner at Liberty on the lake. The inside of the home was clean, and it matched the listing. The location worked well for our group, and we enjoyed our time there!!However, I do think future guests should be aware that the property could benefit from better maintenance. The outdoor areas, particularly the dock and steps, have several rotted boards. One other thing to be……

“A very clean property. The host made the whole process very easy. Really enjoyed the time there.”

“Great option for bigger groups of people the owners really used there space in this place properly, The only thing I’d suggest is another tv in a room other then that it was great.”
