“Staff of this Hotel are very helpful from reception to bar to dinner and a lifeguard and security. Check-in was easy straightforward no issues same with checkout rooms are a little dated but everything functioning in there especially the fridge that was very handy. lots of sunbirds towels easy to get €10 returnable deposit Take note they charge €2 a day for the safe in the room.”

“We had a great time at Protaras Sunrise Beach Villa. We had good comunication with BMA Cyprus Holiday Group and as we arrived early they very kindly let us book in early,the following day Svetlana from guest relations visted us the next day to make sure everything was OK. Great Villa close to the beach and lots of shop's and resturants as well as being well equipett for stay at home meals.”

“Clean hotel and very friendly staff. The food was varied and good enough, considering the decent value of the hotel. Entertainment was slightly repetitive on a day-to-day basis but did the job. Hotel is very well located relative to the beach and the main Protaras strip of shops and restaurants. Free use of tennis rackets and balls for the court which is easily accessible. Gym is small and has missing weights as other reviews state, but it’s clean, well air-conditioned, and has what you need for……

“We were a large party and had three enervated rooms. Plenty of plugs, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities ok could be improved with a better quality kettle and toaster. Maid service mostly every day, restaurant and pool cafe very good and value for money. Just off the strip and well located for everything. Would definitely go again and we will be booking again as quickly as we can get the pennies ready lol😊”

“The bed was supposed to be one bed for me and my husband and it was two single beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable. Other than bed and not enough pillows was good. I have stayed here before and room was much better for a couple. ”
