“Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence.”

When I called, the staff member on the phone had accused me of sneaking people in when I was barely ever even in the room, I only used it to store my things……

"The location is very convenient for walking, and the hotel owners are very welcoming; they kept the room looking after. I look forward to coming back again."
"A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive."
