Enjoy a comfortable stay in Providence in our conveniently located home – close to all the amenities the West End and Federal Hill have to offer. This home is located in a vibrant up-and-coming urban neighborhood, and is a quick trip to East Providence, Downtown, and Federal Hill.

Our property is for a 6 bedroom multi-family home, divided up into three individual 2 bedroom apartments, each with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

You will be the only guests on site, and have access to the entire property, as well as off street parking for 6+ cars behind the building.

  • It's a Friday night, leaving the office on way to my car, I came across this view of downtown Providence. I really like the drama in the sky, dark ominous, foreboding. And it stands in such stark contrast to the bright, well lit buildings.

Alex was a consummate host, very responsive to messages, questions and concerns. We were in Providence for a wrestling tournament at Amica Mutual Pavilion. His place was an easy 25-minute walk to the arena (as well as restaurants/bars) or a quick Lyft ride. Fifteen minutes from the airport. There were six of us and we were all comfortable with our own apartments, bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. Thank you, Alex!

The owner was quick to respond to our concerns/issues. The 3-apartment style condo made it very nice for a large group to have our own privacy. The area is a little rougher than expected.

Group of fraternity brothers have been getting together for 25 years for a long Weekend This was the first in an urban setting / have always stayed in the suburbs. Location was great - walking distance to several local restaurants- all of which were fantastic. The place was clean, beds very comfortable. Big screen a big plus as we watched college and pro football games. Host was accessible and immediately answered any questions we had.
