The Space:
This 1 bedroom 1 bath home offers wide open spaces with so much historic charm that you just will not find anywhere else. Relax and enjoy with the high-quality furnishings and a spacious kitchen. Featuring extra plush bath towels for the most luxurious bathing experience and hotel quality bedding with silky-soft hypoallergenic duvets to give you the most amazing nights rest.

Guest Access:
Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Other details to note:
Guests will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the condo. This historic property does not permit digital locks on any doors so the only access is by keys. You will be provided a key that works all outside doors and apartment doors. You can use the courtyard but must be mindful of noise at all times and not disturb the neighbors. Guests do not have access to any other private court within the Row. Guests are not permitted to gather or loiter in the common area hallways.

Children Ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests but we do require that you let us know how many will be with your group so we can account for them.

A dedicated parking space is available behind the row. There is no overnight street parking in Providence without a permit.

PLEASE TAKE CAUTION: THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE IN THE BACK PATIO LEADING TO THE PATIO. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND MINDFUL OF IT AND DO NOT ALLOW A CHILD TO BE UNACCOMPANIED NEAR IT.
