This place is one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed at. The towels smelled like mildew, I doubt they were even changed. Same with the bedding, reeked of stale pee. There were stains all over the walls and floor, the room was basically falling apart. My room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was also a giant crack down my window that was taped up. The owner should be embarrassed of the condition of this place. Might be the cheapest place in the area but not even worth the price in the slightest. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The place is a dive. Trash blowing around in the grass outside. Room door lock was broken and the guy showed me how to manipulate it to work, sort of. No shampoo or coffee maker. One bent chair in the room and a wobbly old table. Two worn out flat pillows on the bed, no blanket just a sheet & cover, and a big stain on the fitted sheet. The party sounds in the adjacent rooms were fun, I wish I had known this was an hourly motel instead of a real one. At least the police were patrolling the parking lot several times.

The room had recently been sprayed for bugs. There were dead bugs everywhere, even in the dresser. It was not secure at all. Anyone could walk right into the building...no need for a key here. The dead bolt inside the room did not work. There were burn holes in the pillowcases. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Don't stay here! Run!!!

I have an understanding that you get what you pay for but as hotels/motels goes this one was very disappointing. The only thing I can say the front desk staff was nice. The motel smelled bad, even for a smoking/non smoking motel. When we came in the room the floor was wet. Which we would make us happy thinking it was just mopped BUT the floors of the whole entire room ended up being sticky afterwards. Not very family friendly. My fault for thinking there would be a microwave and a fridge in the room like most places. The only tiny microwave appeared to be in the lobby for the whole motel, but it was pictured online so I thought the rooms had microwaves. Which would have made the experice better to heat up our own food seeing as there wasn't a huge opportunity to eat at local restaurants, which were expensive as heck (not the motels fault, of couse.)Just in general the experience left us disappointed and we shall not be returning.

Minute my friend and I got to the room trouble using the key. Then the remote wouldn’t work. Same night fire alarm went off at 1am. Waken up my friend who freaked out cause he was sleeping. We ordered takeout and desk didn’t have any utensils. Which was saddening from the hotel part and the people who brought us the food. My friend really wanted to do this review cause it was his birthday and I needed it to be the best weekend. Which didn’t turn out that well. I traveled out of state to come to Providence and it’s too bad that I had to give a bad rating. But he would have been upset if I didn’t. Also I requested house keeping for more towels. They never came. And we are clean people. Also I noticed the rat traps outside the building telling me there’s a problem with rodents. I didn’t see any but my friend saw a huge one over by the highway where he was smoking. I could hear them through the walls when trying to sleep. It wasn’t easy for me to sleep.
