The Frida was a unique stay staying on a boat instead of a house or hotel.our host was awesome and made sure we got everything we needed. Was our first trip to Rhode Island but not our last. Great Time.

The other reviews are accurate. There is a slight musty odor but it is tolerable. We only stayed one night but I would stay longer.

An Adventure

Staying on the Frida was an adventure. We knew this would be a completely different experience going in. Marcela, our host, was amazing and VERY attentive.

Pros: Really fun place to stay. Like camping on the water. Convenient to grocery and coffee shops, restaurants. Loved the convenience to biking, walking places. Very timely communication with hosts answering questions. Cons: Not a quiet location (especially Friday night with the nightclub). Parking can be tricky but was manageable. A little musty so I wouldn't recommend if you have significant allergies.

Unique Adventure

This was SO FUN! The owners were very responsive and helpful. You’ll definitely want to have prior understanding of what staying on an older boat is like. The size, the smells, the bathroom, the locks etc. We were worried about the heat at first but the a/c did cool things down. Overall it was very comfortable and we slept great! The location was perfect!
