The beach-level living area has a beautifully designed and fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room with a 40'' TV. There is also a convenient powder room. Sea Edge is located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach, the famous 12-mile-long strip of sugar-white sand along the island's northern shore. Away from the hotels and resorts, this area offers added privacy and convenience to the Turtle Cove Marina and the six restaurants nearby, without the crowds!

• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made.
• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. A $150 weekly AC allotment is offered; beyond that, usage is charged back to the guest at cost. Most guests do not exceed the given allotment.
• With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. Some guests prefer wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery*
