Amazing stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The view was amazing and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the use of the kayaks and the refreshing pool. Would definitely come back!

Lovely stay for our 15th anniversary

This is a cute villa over in the leeward area. It was everything we needed and a little more. pool was the perfect temp and we loved kayaking. Sadly we didn't see any turtles though. Leola was very helpful and so sweet. Even helped us when our rental car wouldn't start on the last day. Great proximity to Grace Bay as well!

Amazing Villa!

This was our first time in Turks and it was amazing! This Villa was perfect for our family of 4. The property is beautifully designed with all the flowers. The pool was awesome after a long day on the beach. The canal was one of our favorite parts. We saw sea turtles every day! The location was perfect for us. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. The beaches…OMG. Words just can’t describe the water. Just amazing. We can’t wait to return and would definitely book this villa again.

Great home on beautiful canal!

The location private yet close enough to all great adventures Provo has to offer. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks and bikes. Home was very clean and our property manager offered excellent suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable! Highly recommend This property!!

Perfect Stay

I Land Time was a perfect house for our family of 4. Size, bedrooms, the pool and location were perfect! We enjoyed the outdoor space and the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes were a great way to stay busy and explore the area. Charlene was great and was very responsive. The house had all the amenities we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Rest and Relaxation

We loved this property. It had everything we needed. Any issues that came up was handled immediately. We loved having access to the stand up paddle boards and kayaks. We used them every day and the canals had a little activity with boats so no concern when kids went out. We saw lots of sea turtles as well. Great place and highly recommend it.

60th celebration

My friends and i had a great time staying at this property. It provided us with all we needed to have a wonderful time. We kayaked out to the open water and saw plenty of sea turtles and stopped at private beaches. We loved having the bikes to check out the area and run for coffee. Highly recommend this home.

Turks and Caicos did not disappoint!

Perfect location and size for our family of 3! Very clean villa - the outdoor area was amazing! (Pool a little cold). We played corn hole every night! Only 2 bikes so we were disappointed at first but not many safe places to bike ride anyway. Leeward Settlement is the perfect area to stay in when visiting Turks! Would definitely go back!!

Absolutely magical

Perfect house and beautiful property! More than we could have expected. House was equipped with everything you need. The paddle boards and kayaks were so great to go on the canal and see the sea turtles.. Beautiful beaches close by and easy to get to. Just take some bug spray for when you sit outside at night! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect in every way!

The house is clean, the views are beautiful and the location is excellent. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a short driving distance to everything. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of towels (beach & bath), the beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was strong….I can not think of one thing to change or improve. This was the perfect spot. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in paradise

I Land Time is the perfect get away for a couple or a family of four. The location is close to everything, but also away from it all. It’s just a quick 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay! We loved having access to the kayaks to paddle the canal and even go exploring on the ocean. The pool was great too and even provided a bit of shade. Communication with the host was super easy and fast. Highly recommend!

Heaven for swimmers !

Tidy house, well located. You need a car of course to get to the beaches & restaurants. Access to the channel system is THE highlight. Took an extensive swim every morning - AWESOME !

Perfect Covid Christmas getaway

Stayed here for 6 days with my family of 5 for the week after Christmas. The house was cozy with only two bedrooms but clean and nice. The location in Leeward on the canal was fantastic and close to Grace Bay shops, restaurants and a nice Gourmet grocery store. The house itself has sliding doors that open all the way on both sides out to patio which is so nice to catch the island breezes. We loved kayaking in the canal and swimming in the pool. The location at the end of the canal keeps all boat traffic away. You can see turtles, many fish and some pretty big sand sharks swimming down by the dock. Bring some bug spray if you plan to spend some time out on the patio in the early evening. The house itself is very quaint. The 2 bedrooms were a little tights for my adult teenagers who shared the room. As a result we did use the AC in the evenings. We did go out to eat a bunch of times during our stay but also cooked a fair amount. We really could have used a skillet and baking pan. Pancakes and bacon making on Christmas morning was a challenge without them. We loved the location and enjoyed our stay very much. Shenequa Cushnie from TCI Blue properties was our ambassador. She was very helpful with all our questions especially during all the covid uncertainty. We had a blast and can't wait to be back. The property was lovely. NOTE: The driveway with all the rocks was a challenge and really could use paving.

Honeymoon!

My husband and I have been to TCI before but wanted to stay somewhere new and private. This villa went above and beyond our expectations. Clean, incredible views, so much to do...pool, corn hole, kayak with the sea Turtles, bike, the list goes on! Shenequa was an amazing host and had great communication throughout our stay. We're planning next year's trip back here already! Thanks again for a perfect honeymoon!

Wonderful property with everything you need for a perfect vacation! Well designed indoor and outdoor space that worked great for our family. The kids were able to jump in the pool while we made breakfast and ate outside. Nice breeze. We loved the tropical colors, the flowers, the pool and the canal view. The property manager was helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

Private Pool Paradise

I Land Time villa was an excellent choice for my husband and me for our week in Provo. We absolutely loved the private pool; we spent hours in it daily, sipping wine or the local Turks Head lager (in reusable plastic tumblers of course!) The home was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The views of the canal only add to the beauty of the gorgeous setting, comprised of lots of palm trees and bougainvillea. We rented a car and drive to dinner in Grace Bay each day, which is only about five minutes away. For us, the privacy of having our own pool outweighed being on the beach because we visited many different beaches throughout our stay. Definitely consider I Land Time Villa for your vacation in Provo!

Amazing rental!

What a great little house, we would rent it again! It was just perfect for our family of two adults and two kids. The house is stocked with fun water toys and outdoor games, a hammock, bikes, and a private pool! We loved the location right on the canal with beautiful water views every day. And the house is just a few minutes' drive to Grace Bay restaurants and shops. [A note on the house layout: both bedrooms have openings high up on the wall that provide air flow into the great room, so while each bedroom has visual privacy from the rest of the house, there really isn't sound privacy.]

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean and fully equipped. Being on the canal was wonderful and we were in close proximity to many beaches and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to questions and was happy to share info about beaches and restaurants in the area. The only downside was that the bikes were not in very good shape. Two were not functional so our family of four could not go out together.

Paradise

This rental is perfect! Immaculately clean. The neighborhood is super safe and away from the crowds. We enjoyed all of the amenities to include the bikes, the kayaks, the paddle boards and the pool. The kids wouldn’t get out of the pool. We will definitely be back.

Charming Canal Home

My family of 4, plus my father-in-law just stayed at I-Land Time Villa over Christmas break. The property has very comfortable beds & pillows. We all slept amazingly well. Being on the canal was amazing to kayak over to the mangroves, iguana island etc. We also loved the location. Within 5 minutes of Graceway Gourmet & Salt Mills Plaza for many restaurant options. Sunset beach was so close & awesome for shelling. We love TCI & will definitely recommend this property to friends & family!
