“The private pool, beach & property grounds were absolutely stunning and way more than we expected. We had a small problem with ants the first night but George handled everything within just a few short hours for us. Both George and Aggie were very responsive. If you’re looking for a high end resort this is not your place but if you’re looking for your own piece of paradise then book it immediately! It’s an older property but one definitely worth it. Be sure to book the upper unit……

“This really is a lovely property, with incredible access to Grace Bay beach and Turtle Cove. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“George was an amazing host. He gave us tips on places to visit and contacts for excursions. He was attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The house was great and worked perfectly for a family with all adults. Each adult child had their own room with AC and we were on the beach less than a minute from Somewhere cafe and the snorkel tour to Aguana Island picked us up on the beach right in front of the property.”

“Crayton was very communicative and welcoming and gave us a ton of great info. The villa was super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Gregoire did a great job on the grounds, it was all perfectly maintained and the beach and water were just as advertised. ”

“The property was amazing. The villa is better than advertised. Plenty of space inside and out. But better than the actual villa was the staff and management. They catered to every need, want or thought we had throughout the entire process from planning to being on site at the house. Simply amazing. They were truly insightful, resourceful and ended up being an extension of our family. ”

“We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything Turks and Caicos has to offer. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, and it truly felt like a luxury getaway. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional housekeeping service. The cleaning team did an outstanding job every single day. The home was spotless, fresh, and beautifully cared……

“Home was great and adjacent to Shore Club and other South Island beaches. Close to the main town as well. Recommend for a nice family vacation!”

“Amazing property super clean, and owner was super responsive to any and all questions. The staff went out of their way to make everything great. We will def be back”

“Highly recommend the DelEvan villas. We had such an amazing weekend as a family. Great location. The beach is right behind, pristine & beautiful. It is basically like a private beach to yourselves. No crowds, just the guests of the property. The smith’s reef is literally 2-3 mins by car or 10 mins by walk. Its a must to snorkel here. Absolutely gorgeous. The property was well maintained & clean. The pool was very clean. They had kayaks for us to use, which was super fun for our kids. Everything……
