"The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"We (3 adults and a child) stayed for one month, and everything was perfect: the house among the green hills and olives, the pool, the willingness to help in our every smallest need from Luca and his family... It is 35 km from Ankona airport, 190 km from Bologna airport; 11 km to HiperCOOP; a lot of fantastic restaurants nearby, two of them even have 2 stars of Michelin! A lot of interesting sites to visit around; we even travelled from there to Umbria: Urbino, Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia,...

"Big villa with lovely views. Nice pool and great dining area near kitchen, would be even better with some more lights outside. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good and towels great. Pasta bowls would be a good addition and an electric kettle if possible. We had mixed weather and it was very windy on the first night. We really recommend the resto inAvacelli Il Picchio, ate outside and food was the best. Thanks"
