“The owner clearly takes great pride in the house and providing his guests with a wonderful experience. The beauty of the grounds surrounding the house cannot be overstated. The house has everything you need to make it your home- comfortable living room and outdoor seating, a well stocked kitchen, and a sun porch that will forever be one of my favorite places to enjoy a stunning view, friends, family, and a good meal. “The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. “Beautiful villa of your dreams on a hillside near Cortona. Everything was exactly as described and the villa is very large. We had 4 couples each in the 4 master bedrooms which are huge and very nicely separated. Be aware the road up to the villa is very challenging! “We had a fabulous week - we were 9 adults. Location was great - 5 minute drive up the hill to Cortona and 5 minute drive to grocery store and train station in Camucia.
