不满意：清洁度
The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. During our stay there was a hornets' nest in the chimney with hornets regularly entering the kitchen. When we booked the house there was a swimming pool advertised. No swimming pool exists on or near the property. Communication with the host was sporadic and difficult. She did not make herself available when we needed problems to be solved and has subsequently not kept to her promises regarding compensation for the lack of hot water and internet. The sheets and the bedding were clean and the house was otherwise adequately furnished.
