“When we arrived for our 5-night stay, personal issues only allowed for a 3-night stay. While we clearly understood the hotel's cancellation policy, hotel personnel Nicholas indicated any penalty would be waived at check-out for which we were incredibly thankful, so we proceeded to make our alternate plans. Unfortunately, the night before check-out we were advised we would need to pay for all 5 nights. We contacted Expedia who reached out to the hotel, but the penalty could not be waived as was……

“Stayed for one night, room was spacious and well equipped, comfortable bed and great shower. Beach restaurant was excellent food and service. All staff were friendly and efficient.”

Se proprio devo trovare un punto che suggerisco da migliorare, sono i servizi igienici ( per chi non ha il bagno ad uso esclusivo ) che Pur essendo pulitissimi , erano scomodi , in quanto disposti in ambiente angusto e piccolo! Per il resto nulla da eccepire: la cortesia del titolare e la bellezza del luogo davvero ci ha lasciati piacevolmente sorpresi. ”

“Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick……

“A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche.”

“Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the……

“Hotel vecchissimo con bagni fatiscenti . Siamo andati via senza dormire perdendo naturalmente quanto pagato anticipatamente. Non può essere un 4 stelle ”

“Proprietaria molto coridale e struttra tenuta per bene, nuova e pulita. Consigliatissima”
