“We’ve just returned from Villa vagnoli!Wow what a lovely house in a lovely setting!!The road up to the house from Sperlonga was definitely an experience & for me (being afraid of heights!) was hair raising-but you got used to it!! The market was sweet on a Saturday morning too!!Stewart was a great host-always on hand to answer any questions!!Through his advice we got the train to Rome from Fondi & took a boat trip to Positano & Amalfi (rather than drive the road in August!) “We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is a small apartment with a kitchen on an independent building, but it has all what you need to make your stay an amazing one. The views are wonderful and the resorts around even though they have daily events, are not something to be bothered. Instead we enjoyed daily fireworks shows. It is close to the Aragonese Castle and you can enjoy the shopping and restaurants around. Piero the owner is amazing too. He answered ALL of my many questions and trip to……

“Our family of 14 spent a full week in Scafati at this villa. The home was spacious and comfortable. We used every bedroom in the house.William was an amazing host. He helped us arrange transportation, set up a wine tasting at a local winery, and organized a pizza dinner using the outdoor oven-which is a must! He sent his nephew to help with our luggage so we didn’t have to haul it through town, and he surprised us with fresh croissants. He was always available and quick to help when minor……

“Such a special property! So many comfy places to sit and relax. The paths along the rocks/shore were fun to explore. Gio was a great host and left a lot of provisions in the kitchen. The Prosecco toast upon arrival was a great touch!”

“Gorgeous villa with stunning tile-work and a large and idyllic garden. We stayed here as a party of 5 for 5 nights and had a very comfortable time. The villa is around a 15 min walk away from the port itself and near many shops and restaurants. The one thing to note is that parking is not available and it can be a challenge to find a spot near the house, but there is paid parking around a 5 min walk away.
