Das Haus, dessen zweite, vollständig abgetrennte Hälfte am Wochenende auch von den Eigentümern genutzt wird, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Baia delle Zagare, einer traumhaften und im September bereits touristenarmen Bucht. Das Haus ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet, die Schlafräume im Keller sind dank eines ausgeklügelten Belüftungssystems gut klimatisiert.
