"when we checked in, the staff told us that since we booked “economy” class, my room was in another commercial building, not in the hotel. This made me felt we were much inferior- actually I paid €216 for this 3-person room for a night. When I booked online, I didn’t see anywhere that this was a sub-class room!!!! The price I paid was not too high but it wasn’t too cheap though, for this kind of dated hotel.
The bathroom in the room need fixing- the frame of the shower door fell off. Also the bathroom was dirty."
